RESTORE

LGBTQ+ & QTPOC wellness support during COVID & beyond

Home: Welcome

WHO WE ARE
& THE PROJECT

It’s very common for teens to feel anxious or depressed, or like they are struggling with how they think and feel. Sadly, most teens aren't able to get help for these kinds of problems. On top of that, COVID-19 is leading to even more struggles with things like anxiety and depression AND it's making it even tougher to get to care. This is especially rough on some people, including LGTBQ+, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, and Asian people who have dealt with even more problems with money, discrimination, sickness, and family death from COVID-19.

To help, we've created activities for teens like YOU to help you to manage your thoughts, emotions, and actions. In creating this activities, we involved LGBTQ+ and queer and transgender youth of color (QTPOC) so that they could be as strong as possible. You can do these activities yourself, online from ANYWHERE with internet, in about 30 minute
